George Pryke

George was born in Blaxhall in 1883 to Walter & Miriam. He left Blaxhall in his teens to work as a Box Maker with his brother-in-law in Essex, but like so many others, was caught up in the events of 1914-1918.

We believe George served with the 7th Battalion of the Lincolnshire Regiment, but have so far been unable to discover when or where he died, though it was probably after July 1915.
